Images with Impact: a Two Day Workshop with Marc Silber • 07/22-23/10
Join Marc Silber at Future Light Digital Workshops for a dynamic, idea-packed two-day workshop, combining lessons gleaned from today's photographic masters, Marc's own arc through photography, and shooting in the field. You'll be inspired and leave with great ideas for creative shooting, better compositions and stronger images overall.

The workshop has three main components, which you'll rotate through over two days:
• Gain inspiration from Marc's vast portfolio of dramatic images. Learn how he developed his sense of composition, and about how he transitioned into the digital age.
• Learn from film and video footage of master photographers, discussing their practices. Examples include Ansel Adams, top commercial photographer Chase Jarvis, and prolific photographer Thomas Hawk. Marc will help you cut right to the core of how these "greats" capture their exceptional work.
• Shoot locally in the Mission District neighborhood of San Francisco with Marc. Learn to get extraordinary images from ordinary life.
Class meetson Thursday & Friday, July 22-23 from 10:00 - 4:00 p.m., Fee $450
